Performing as one of the closing programs in the 2010 Beijing International Youth Drama Festival, invited by the Trojan Theater(Beijing) for ticketed performances in 2011, and toured to the KunShan Culture & Art Center and Art Center of Tsinghua University in 2014, Miss Taiwan 2014 signs through its performance with the pun, telling a story of a Taiwanese-born songstress, studied and developed a flourishing singing career in the U.S., yet decided to come back to her hometown, for Miss Taiwan misses Taiwan.  Miss Taiwan 2014 profoundly portrays 2 distinct lifestyles and intriguing cultural differences in Taiwan and America, combining a variety of music styles and songs in various languages, to communicate Miss Taiwan’s nostalgia and yearn for home.

 

Miss Taiwan 2014 has attracted packed houses and enchanted audience both in Taiwan and China.  It draws on A Cappella to present the show in the form cabaret and mixed with a diverse of elements of experiential theatre, not only offering an exceptional entertaining experience, but also a highly Taiwanese one with its rich digital media presentation of local cuisine and beautiful scenes.
