During the late Northern Song Dynasty, there was a small place called Baihudang in the middle of Song kingdom and Liao kingdom. A good-looking and well-beloved widow in Baihudang was taken away by a soldier who was defending the boarder of Liao kingdom. The villagers of Baidudang became outraged and decided to take her back from Liao kingdom. However, when they arrived in Liao Kingdom, they found that they did not want to go back to their hometown anymore.
